carpenter recommendation before and after remodel pics

Chris Kehoe did a remodel on a studio apartment for me. After a string of nightmare contractor experiences. It was a great relief to work with someone who I completely trusted, had reasonable prices and took absolutely no shortcuts regarding quality. Chris is a master craftsman and a perfectionist. I am using the unit as an airbnb rental and regularly get compliments on the quality of work in the kitchen and bathroom. I will let the before and after photos do the rest of the talking. I highly recommend Chris.

This looks pretty nice, but your use of “the unit as an airbnb rental” is troubling. I hope you’re renting it out for minimum 30 day stays and that the co-op or condo board knows of these rentals.
