Looking for an Interior Designer who specializes in small spaces

Looking for an interior designer who will help us redo our kids bedrooms.  The spaces are small and we have lots of storage issues.  Looking for someone who will work on an hourly or a flat fee.  we need help with the layout and selecting furnishings, but we don’t need project management oversight of contractors.  Does anyone have a good recommendation ?
