Barter for Contractor Services

I am a licensed contractor and high-end furniture designer. I have done numerous renovations, restorations, cabinetry, furniture projects throughout the city. I have worked on everything from the rehabilitation of landmarked homes to the design of ultra modern cabinetry. My lease is up as of the end of May and I would like to barter for my contracting skills for a 3 month rental of an apartment or boat, preferably in Brooklyn. I will be responsible of every aspect of your remodel-from design to build. A written contract is a must. I am a low-key, reliable, educated adult. Pictures of my work and
