Good insurance for small multifamily in PS?

Our current plan is ending this year- any recs for a good insurance company for a small 6 family multi-family in Park Slope, Brooklyn? Any leads appreciated, especially in this post-Sandy time of insurance coverage.

We used brownstone agency too, they have good rates. Keep in mind if you’re more concerned with great coverage than cost, you should use Chubb. They apparently are the best. But they cost a lot more… I think about double of a place like brownstone. All depends on your point of view and appetite for risk.

We shopped around a few years ago and ended up going with Brownstone Agency. They in turn sub-contract with another insurance co. This seems to be the route alot of the smaller brownstone multi-familes go, though I’ve heard of others insuring through State Farm, Allstate and Chubb. Not sure how the hurricane will affect – are you by the Gowanus?
