Removing panelling glue
We took down some old panelling. The plaster walls underneath are in good shape except for the gluee marks. What is the best way to cover up or remove the glue pror tpainting?

We used scaped what we could then used a orbital sander to smooth the surface down. Working down from 50 or 80 grit to 180 or 220 grit. Then spackeled some drywall compound and re-sanded. Worked great for us.
