Mold Inspector, any referrals?

I need a mold inspector for one of my clients in Park Slope. Her English isn’t the best so I’m helping her with the legwork.

Please post any references.

Try John Gromkoski at Precise Home Inspection.  He does home inspections and mold testing.  His rates are very reasonable 718/514-3393.

He specializes in mold abatement and mold remediation. However, he helped me with airflow and maintaining positive pressure in my finishing room and regulating airflow by using some “smoke tubes” that I had never seen before- cool.
