mold inspection

Can anyone recommend a mold inspection company? I am getting no response when I call Oasis. All the companies i find when I look on line sound the same… any persoanl experience here? Thanks.

Try Ed Olmstead he is the go to guy for Mold testing. He did an amazing job for my family and also did testing for friends. Our apartment has the most dangerous kind of mold and bacteria and he made it very clear how dangerous ours is. He does not reimediate the mold but reccomended other companies to us. He is a certified industrial hygienist (CIH), as well as a certified safety professional (CSP), has a an undergraduate biology degree (BS) which other testing companies aren’t. We ended up having to leave our apartment it made us so sick. I highly reccomend him.

We’ve not had them start on the mold remediation yet, but someone did come out to our apartment to inspect and gave us a quote. So far so good, they’ve been very prompt and responsive.

I don’t know what your particular situation is but if you have persistant moisture in your building you will have mold, it is as simple as that.  Dormant mold spores are everywhere and are impossible to avoid.  If there is a food source (almost anything), and a high level of moisture, mold will grow.  The way to avoid mold is by doing your best to avoid leaks, condensation, etc.
