Inspector Recs needed - foundation, facade, stoop and window issues
Posting for a friend… We are looking for a good inspector. Our coop is trying to figure out how important it is to fix the cracks in our facade, vs stoop and windows. And there’s a crack in the basement foundation we need someone to look at. Any recommendations for someone that can look at the building and help us prioritize the work? thanks in advance!

My advice is to get a certified building inspector who is also a structural engineer. There are firms that specialize in this. I can’t make recommendations because I work for Brownstoner, but others may have suggestions.
