Home Inspector Recommendation (Possible Mold Issues)

I have an accepted offer on a 20 year old condo in brooklyn & I am looking for a recommendation for a home inspector.  There is some blackish/greenish gunk on the vent in the bathroom that I am concerned may be mold. Thanks
