Thank you for the replies. I looked into Aberdeen Building Consultants but did not find them helpful. We ended up using **NYS Home Inspectors**, and they sent over TWO inspectors which was great. Apparently an inspection is usually only performed with one person. They did a great job, I’d highly recommend them. Thanks again!

I’ll second Naulsurf. We used Matt as well. Was incredibly thorough and took a lot of time to explain everything and answer all of our questions. Highly recommend him.

We used Matt Wynne of Aberdeen Building Consultants. He just posted recently in the Forum about buying a flip in Bed-Stuy. He is very thorough, professional and delivers a final document that is a great reference tool for the future.
