Accurate Home Inspectors (Matt Barnes) versus AVT (Joe Pasaturao) for townhouse inspection?

Any advice on whether to go with accurate Home Inspectors (Matt Barnes) versus AVT (Joe Pasaturao) for a townhouse purchase inspection?  I found talking to Matt more useful even with inital questions, but Joe is a licensed structural engineer.  This is for a townhouse that has been recently gut renovated.  Thanks!

Just don’t go with Larry, the owner of Accurate.  He missed so many things he should have caught on our home, even after three separate inspections (major things like there was no draingae system off the roof).  We used Matt for another property and found him enormously helpful.

Matt is nice enough as is but the kicker is when you get his report.  More detail than you ever thought possible.  Very helpful if there are issues and you want leverage to negotiate a lower price.  Never worked with Joe but you are not paying for a structural check – just a home inspection.  Without core samples his word is no better than Matt’s.
