Hi there, I’ve looked through the posts and noted some recs, but wanted to inquire because there can be a lot of turnover in this I’d imagine. Does anyone recommend a good, knowledgeable, trustworthy, responsive handyman to do occasional odd jobs for multifamily brownstone maintenance in the Clinton Hill/FG area? Other than self-recommended please. For example we need someone to replace a drain pipe extension in the yard, but also occasional trash or snow removal, air conditioner window installation, and other odd jobs. Thanks!
