Handyman/Part-time superintendant

I have a three-family house in Greenpoint. Rather than live there, I’m thinking now of renting all three units. If I do that, I’ll need someone trustworthy to check on things regularly, do cleaning, minor repairs, and maintenance when necessary, shovel snow, etc. If I go that route, what  would be fair payment? This would be strictly part-time and would not involve me supplying an apartment. Ideally, it would be someone who already does this kind of work in the neighborhood for other buildings. (Can anyone recommend someone?) Answers to these questions and any other advice or recommendations would be appreciated.
