We’ve used Brian in our co-op before as well, I don’t remember his daily quote but I think it was around $250 a day. Dependable and cleaned up afterwards so that’s a +1.

Hi, I just wanted to post a strong recommendation for Brian Piersol. I found him here on Brownstoner a couple of years ago and have used him several times for various projects in my 3-family brick townhome.
