Great Handyman Rec

Hi, I just wanted to post a strong recommendation for Brian Piersol. I found him here on Brownstoner a couple of years ago and have used him several times for various projects in my 3-family brick townhome. He shows up when he says he will and is very even-tempered and easy to talk to. He is skilled in construction, painting and plumbing and his rates are very reasonable. We’ve used Brian in our co-op before as well, I don’t remember his daily quote but I think it was around $250 a day. Dependable and cleaned up afterwards so that’s a +1.
