i hae no idea if your window is custom or premade, but if you get stuck you could call and ask kostas at galaxy glass.  he has a little storefront shop in windsor terrace, is very nice and have found him to be honest and reasonable.  he is an older gentlemen with an accent but is experienced (semi retired?).  his # is 718-232-9231 or 917-903-0355 and while his store is at 191 windsor he is usually out working in the field so i’d call first.  good luck.
