Wood window suggestions

Does anyone have experience with Pella, Marvin, etc. and have a strong opinion on best all wood window?Thank you so much!!

I’m looking at the Lepage XL-200 (narrow sash) line for wood double-hungs. Compared to the Marvins, the sashes are thicker (2 1/4 vs 1 7/8) , frames are superior construction (1 1/4″ vs 11/16″), better seals, better operation. Sightlines / profile are similar to the Marvins. The Lepage just seem more solid and traditionally constructed (e.g. no plastic in the jamb liners). Also, they come factory-finished vs the Marvins have to be painted/finished by a 3rd party or on-site. This is my analysis so far. Would love to hear from someone that has them installed.

Marvin over Pella. Frame is heavier.

Marvin, Kolbe, Loewen are all good. I don’t like my Marvins but maybe I got a bad lot.
