Wood Stair Repair for Back Deck

I have a brownstone in the south slope with a deck off the kitchen. The stairs that connect the deck are pressure treated lumber – about 15 years old now – and after having them cleaned 2 years ago by a power washer (which I now do not recommend!) the treads and supporting pieces are falling apart.

I’ve looked but haven’t seen any posts on this – does anyone have any recommendations of handy people or contractors who would do this kind of work? It’s a big enough job to need a pro but not a whole crew.

Bonus if your recommendation also does fence repair and/or yard cleanup in general.
