Window cleaning cost

I have eight large windows in a manhattan 4th floor condo. No access from outside. The windows are 48″ W x 84″ tall. I’ve cleaned them myself with a ladder and a squeegee. It required some acrobatics to reach from inside to the outside. And it wasn’t completely cleaned on the outside.

The double hung windows don’t fold in like normal sized double hung windows.

Homeowners on this board may not have experience hiring window cleaners for a situation that may require a professional. perhaps call a commercial window cleaning service that focuses on harder-to-access windows on buildings in manhattan. whatever this costs, it will not be the $35 an hour many people pay their house cleaners.
