Williamson Natural Gas Boiler not heating enough

In our two-family, we have two Williamson gas boilers, one for each unit. The unit for the upstairs one is working fine, the downstairs unit worries me a bit. When I turn up the thermostat, it will fire up, all lights are on, but a few minutes later, the flame seems to come down and only two lights remain on, see pic. It then heats two of the baseboard heaters in the apt relatively well, but leaves the other two relatively cold. It keeps the temperature, but doesn’t really go high. I also include a pic of the pressures. Does anybody have an idea what could be the problem. Does system need to be bled? The LWCO prevents the boiler from dryfiring, meaning firing with a low water level which would lead to total boiler failure from cracking sections of the boiler . Hopefully there are bleeder vents installed on the radiators and you can bleed out the air yourself. A shitty installation can work for a long time, but makes it harder to fix when problems arise

Also, this is a relatively new problem. Until about two weeks ago, the system reached all baseboards just fine.

Thank you Eman134, very helpful. How important is it to have the low water cutoff wired in? Can I do the bleeding myself or is it advisable do hire a plumber to do it?

The installer did a real shiity job on a shitty boiler..that low water cutoff is not even wired in!… Aside from that, the boiler is meeting internal heat requirements (hence only the circulator is calling. You are bang on…system is probably airbound and getting zero circulation. Judging by the quality of the installation I doubt if there is an air eliminator installed, so you have to bleed out the air from the system before you can achieve circulation
