Where to list an apt?
I have a furnished unit in my bldg and wondering peoples experience re listing? I’ve been listing on The Listing Project – Craigslist feels a little random but maybe ok? Maybe a realtor who does limited rentals?

Streeteasy would be my first choice. We used it the last time we rented our garden floor appointment. Applicants were serious and well prepared — we had a lot of choices. Maybe Craigslist has improved but, the last time we listed there, it was clear very few folks were seeing our ad. Personally, I find brokers hand off rentals to newbie staffers who are disorganized and no better at vetting applicants than you.

Streeteasy costs $185 for just two weeks, but you’ll get better response than anywhere else. Sure, craigslist only costs $5, but time is money.
