What should be included in home insurance for a limestone in Brooklyn?

We are new to this and would welcome advice. We just bought a limestone and have plans to live in it while renting the garden apartment after some renovations. Are there standard things that should be included in the policy? Fire, Hurricane, Wind, Flood, other kinds of destruction? theft?
