West Elm Sleeper Sofa/ Pull Out Couch For Sale

Barely used sleeper sofa from West Elm for sale. Seriously, it’s been owned for about 2 years and slept on maybe a total of 10 times…it was only purchased for guest usage in my studio…and hardly even sat on!!! Super clean, smoke free home.

I’m asking $350 OBO for 2 reasons….
-As shown in photos, I have very badly behaved cats that have clawed the left front corner. If you’re talented with one of those fabric razors you can minimize the damage, there are no actual holes in the material.

-It is up one flight of stairs inside , and then 5 or 6 steps outside from the door to the street level. You will need 2 strong men to move it, it’s heavy–and I can’t help you with it.
