We Need a Lawyer to Deal With a Developer

Any recommendations of a real estate lawyer who is experienced with Adjoining Property issues? We were informed by the lawyer of a developer that his client is going to build a monstrous 16-story apartment building that will wrap around 2 sides of our 3-story brick row house built in 1896 in Park Slope/Gowanus. The lawyer told us that we will need a lawyer to negotiate protection of our property and their license to enter our property, but there are so many that I was hoping for an opinion from a person.
