water main plumber recommendations

Gotta replace 3″ main into the house from the water main. Any one have any good reccomendations?

The reality is there are only a few company’s that have the correct license with the city to touch City water & sewer lines: Harris, Figliolia, Balkan etc so go with one of them, all the other plumbing companies that say they can do it, sub it out to one of them & take an over ride. All the big companies are well oiled machines. This is all they do, all day, every day.

Alex Figliolia Water & Sewer (718) 852-8700 did a multi day overnight job for us at a much more reasonable price than the competition. And I was surprised when they sent a mason to repair the decorative brick sidewalk pavers a couple days after they finished demolishing them. I was 100% sure they would have just poured quick concrete patch to blend in with the rest of sidewalk

Harris. They get all the equipment and guys there and will knock it out in one day, even if they have to stay until 10pm.
