Water Line/Main Contractor Question

I need to replace the lead water line coming into our house. After reviewing these forums I contacted three companies. One of them, Figliolia, is no longer in business. The company that (in some sense) has taken over is Lady Liberty, and their bid was $2000 less than the others. Lady Liberty said they used to be the company (maybe one of multiple?) that the city would refer, but that they had ended that relationship. Has anyone here done business with them, and if so – what kind of work, and how did it go?
