This might not work for what you are looking for but when I was fixing up one of my properties I went to the landfill looking for paint and got tons of it for nothing. I was able to finish painting everything that I needed and didn’t pay a dime. Not sure you will find wood flooring there but you could also give this site a try, http://www.diggerslist.com/. I haven’t personally tried it out yet but was told by a colleague that it’s really good.

If you don’t have any luck here, take a ride out to M. Fine Lumber on Metropolitan Avenue. They were happy to help me on a very small job, and maintained reasonable board footage prices. Caution: watch for whizzing forklifts carrying eye-level parcels of lumber. You could try Build It Green as well but the old pine gets snatched up quickly there. M.
