Want to brew kombucha? Want a free SCOBY? I have too many.

The acronym stands for symbiotic colony of bacteria and yeast. With every batch brewed, a new SCOBY forms, so I’d love to share both a scoby and fool-proof brewing instructions to any Brooklyn resident interested in brewing their own kombucha.
