Video Audio apartment entry technology

Am renovating a 3-family Brownstone in Bed Stuy. We want to install a design appropriate and reliable audio visual entry system so anyone knocking on the front door can reach any of the residents in each of the 3 apartments. After viewing the video from an apartment, the occupant can buzz the caller in or not. So can anyone recommend a system and an fairly priced installer to help us through this task. All the wiring has been completed. We just need the system and the installer. We’ve been considering Comelit Roma 3 button entry panel but need an expert to design the rest of the system. Any recommendations are welcome. Looking for reasonable pricing and reliability.
