Under stoop organization

Our under-the-stoop area is a jumbled mess of bikes, sports equipment and household equipment like brooms, bag of meltaway etc. I’m looking for some good ideas of how to organize all the stuff. Have you successfully installed hooks in the wall? I’m thinking of doing this and hanging ventilated bags that can hold various balls (soccer, football, basketball). Looking for other ideas as well. Bonus if you attach a photo!!
