Thorocoat v. Bestcoat

So I’ve read a lot about Thorocoat (including some all threads on here) and was set on using it, when no one around Brooklyn seems to have it. At least none of the big stores like Home Depot, Lowes, Kamco or the nearest cement guy. But he recommended I use Bestcoat, claiming it’s the same. Does anyone have a view on Bestcoat? Is it breathable, like Thorocoat? Same performance? Thanks so much for your advice, as always.
