The L Train Shutdown effect - Question for Ridgewood/Bushwick real estate broker

Question for all residents/owners and real estate brokers who deal with the Ridgewood/Bushwick areas that gravitate around the DeKalb, Jefferson, Myrtle–Wyckoff stops: is the shutdown going to affect the sales values of 2 family homes? I noticed that the market for 2 families in Ridgewood has picked up recently, are these prices going to keep this trend or are they going to start going down once we reach 2019?

Chrystal Ball time? The Banks are likely to be crashing by 2019-20 with Trumps deregulation’s…. all manner of things can happen between now & then. The bottom line is people still need to live somewhere and Real Estate carries on….
