Termite Treatment? Structural Evaluation? Structural Remediation Contractor?

Hello,
I’m looking for recommendations for a termite treatment specialist, a structural engineer that specializes in rowhouse/wood construction and of course a contractor that can do any structural remediations required. The joists in our 21ft wide, 2-story brick rowhouse has some damage, visual signs of tunneling thought I have ‘t seen any swarming… (Previous owners had done some work including putting in some replacement joints and steel column. but its been over 6 yrs now.)
While subterranean termites are a common problem in NYC, my google searches did not pull up any recommended handlers of such a problem.

Get a termite inspection by a licensed termite; I use John Molluso of Northeastern Exterminating 718-336-0634 to see that there are no live termites.
If the structural work was done 6 years ago and there are no live termites now, why do you think that something needs to be done now?
