Tenant's Utility Costs?

hi all,

i’m curious…

i would like to know what my tenant’s utility bills are. it’s not a must-know, but i am curious as to how it compares to my own, what future tenants can expect, etc.

so, have any of you asked for this info before? i don’t have a problem being candid with them about it, but i do wonder if other landlords track tenants’ utility costs, and if so, for what reasons.

Is the meter in your cellar? If so you can read it any time you want and compare it to yours.
