Ok, I just tried it with this reply. On the reply, there is a camera icon. I hope you can find that on a post. When I pressed the icon it opened another window that allowed me to either pick a photo from my camera files or take a new photo. And I just checked, that icon appears on the bottom right of a new post, as you begin the post. I am on an android.
