task rabbit or other hourly price handyman work?

Has anyone used task rabbit or another online service to book handymen at a set hourly price? I see that they do small electrical and other jobs and I am wondering what positive and negative experiences anyone has had. I am intrigued by the pricing structure since it gives some transparency and accountability.

I used to love TaskRabbit before they completely changed their model. Now I use Thumbtack to find service providers and handymen and every experience I’ve had with someone booked through Thumbtack has been fantastic.

I have tried it. It gets expensive quick. Believe it or not, Amazon is offering this type of work now. Check it out, its amazing
