Super for 3 Family

I’m wondering if anyone knows someone reliable that could perform a Super role for a 3 family in Clinton Hill. It would involve keeping an eye on things. to ensuring the rubbish goes out and comes in (the Tenants can do it but it has to be checked) and clearing snow in winter. Other than that it just involves a keeping an eye on things (so a visit at least once a week) and just being available if anything goes wrong. It would suit a responsible person who lives in or close to Clinton Hill.
