Stucco and sidewalk contractor recommendations?

Hi! I’ve seen this request before but never found any recommendations. Has anyone worked with a good contractor who can do both stucco repair (on a top floor exterior) and put in a new sidewalk (must be licensed as this is per a violation). Or if you just have one or another—struggling to find the right person/people. Thank you so much!!!
