Structural Engineer that does testing and will provide a report.
My neighbor did a lot of drilling for a period of time so I’m not sure if he did damage to the integrity of my walls or the party wall. I spoke with a lawyer who recommended getting a structural engineer that would also provide a report for me to provide in court. I also spoke with 2 guys today and they both conveyed the fact that would need to see inside my neighbors property/walls to see if there was damage – access to my neighbors property will never happen. Does anyone have any suggestions or recommendation of an engineer that I could contact. Thanks in advance.

without access to the neighbor’s property you’re not going to be able to get a full report from any engineer. what you can get is a survey of your side of the wall including documentation of any existing cracks. you would then use this report as a comparison point for future inspections of your property. you could install crack monitors on any existing cracks to help you to see any changes as they occur. if you want to go really wild you could hire a surveyor to set up a monitoring plan in which they would place survey points on your building and then come back to the site on a regular basis to make sure that those points haven’t moved.
