Street Sweeping

Anybody else having trouble getting their street cleaned? I live in the Bed-Stuy/Clinton Hill area and our street has not been cleaned since the last snowstorm, no exaggeration. There is very little enforcement of alternate side street cleaning rules so only half the cars move, many of the others have their owners in them but do not move. The streetcleaner rarely comes by and if it does it just drives by with no attempt to clean. We have made numerous 311 complaints, have contacted the community board, our council member’s office, called the sanitation garage, nothing seems to help. I know there are bigger problems out there but I’m feeling like something is really broken when the city can’t accomplish something so basic like street cleaning.
