started a steam to hydronic high efficiency boiler conversion....

Have to leave the steam boiler in place while I do the installation so that the renovation can move forward, but pretty impressive how small the weil mclain UG 230 is in comparison to the old steam boiler. The owner is converting to heating /cooling through air handlers in an HVAC system designed and installed by Palone HVAC who seem to be doing a pretty nice job. Not a big fan of fancoil heating but this is what the owner wants, so the owner gets.
