Someone to hang a tree swing?

Can anyone recommend a tree trimmer, roofer or handyman (with access to a 25-foot ladder) who might be able to hang a tree swing from a 20-foot-high branch for me? I have all the proper chains and hooks — I just need someone who can either climb or reach the branch with a ladder. It would be a 15-minute job.
