Small Job Contractor

Looking to turn a rough former utility room into a finished closet space.
I recently replaced my Goodman HVAC with a split-system heat pump. The unit was in a closet with bare concrete walls, and now that it’s gone I’d like to insulate / sheetrock / paint the space . Also would like to put in a small instant water heater.
Closet is about 4′ x 6′, probably 7′ tall. There is existing copper water lines and an old small electric water heater. Location: Williamsburg.
Anyone know of a reliable (and if possible licensed) contractor?
