skylight tax rebate

In a post last November bored at work mentioned a rebate for the purchase and installation of energy efficient skylights……anyone have more information?

My installer sent me the final bill with this admonition don’t forget “IRS FORM 5694 TO CLAIM YOUR 26% TAX CREDIT.” But that was in regards to solar powered skylights (maybe also because they are more generally efficient? not sure)
