Shutter maker?

I need to get some shutters made to replace ones in my brownstone that are simply too heavily painted and bashed up to be restored. Does anyone have any recommendations?

i was going to say, there is a guy in red hook. i met him on Bergen st one day and i forgot if he said makes new or restores.
