Share wifi with tenants?

Does anyone share wifi with their tenants? We are new to home owning, and we currently have Fios. Would be great to share the cost with our new tenants in the garden apartment. I’m wondering, will a company supply a second modem/hardwired internet connection so that they could plug into the internet as well as logging into the wifi password? Thanks!

I’m pretty sure if you get a second modem it is going to cost the same as opening two accounts. I think you have to share 1 modem (one password/share wifi), but they can hook up additional cable boxes for small fees.
