Seeking recommendations for super/handy-man for 2 family brownstone in BedStuy

Hi. I have a two family brownstone in bedstuy, and, am looking for a super who will take garbage out once or twice a week, be on-call for tenants, and, can handle basic handyman tasks. Current person who we have is not responsive to the tenants. Thank you, in advance, for recommendations.

To expect the same person that does the garbage to be able to be “responsive” to tenants as well as handle basic “handyman tasks” is asking a bit much. They are different communication skills and I can tell you some tenants can be down right rude to some of these guys.
It is also better to actually screen what it is that tenants want or feel that they need. I have had tenants call my suppers and ask or order them to take care of things that are nothing to do a landlord tenant relationship.
Many calls & expectations stop from tenants when they realize that you are in the middle and managing your building.
