Seeking HVAC contractor to install rooftop heat exchange system

We want to install three central zoned air conditioning systems in our 3-apartment row house, placing the compressors on the roof. We are working with an architect and need a recommendation on a HVAC company to spec out and install our system. Anyone had experience in this recently? Thanks! – Deborah
