Security Camera System

Looking for recommendations for a camera security system. We recently purchased a property in BK and it came with an old and non-operational camera system. All of the cameras are professionally mounted and in the locations we want to monitor around the property. We’d like to replace those cameras and integrate them into a system we can easily monitor through our phones/ipads. We really do not want a smart home integrations with Alexa or Nest, etc. I just don’t think the tech is advanced enough to want this and I also find a lot of the features to be stupid. Lastly, we’d like hybrid style access to the camera feed/recordings. This means that accessing through WiFi is preferred, but if we lose WiFi service then we want to still be able to view the feed.
