Roofing prices?

I need to have a roof replaced on an extension.
I have been getting some pretty wildly differing quotes, we I get one at all. Now I redid my roof on the top of my brownstone several years ago. It was done by Teddy sage and it’s held up well and was reasonably priced. Probably needs to be redone in the next few years. It is larger than the extension.

What is the ball park lately for a roof redo? I totally understand that every one is different but just curious?
